Chiropractic Services
Chiropractic adjustments are the primary service offered at our practice and can help address a variety of complaints and improve overall health and wellbeing.
After we perform a physical exam to determine your diagnosis and neural scans to evaluate your current state of health, we may refer you to seek x-rays when medically necessary. Our office is also equipped to provide complementary chiropractic therapy when needed to enhance the chiropractic treatment being offered.
Complementary therapies that we may use to reinforce your chiropractic care include:
-
Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
-
Heat/Ice
-
Therapeutic Stretching and Strengthening
-
Ultrasound
Beyond noting improvements like decreased pain and increased mobility, Worcester Family Chiropractic uses a neural scan to objectively track progress as you pursue chiropractic treatment. Our neural scan machine assesses three things— muscle tone and balance, heat and inflammation, and stress response—to calculate a numerical score. This scan can be repeated periodically as another way to assess the positive impact of your care.
When necessary, we are happy to connect you with other trusted professionals in our network should your condition require physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, or other treatment modalities.

“Helping people feel great without the use of medication or surgery is a dream come true. In fact, I was inspired to become a chiropractor largely because of my own personal experience. With expertise in pregnancy chiropractic, pediatric chiropractic, and adult chiropractic care, I love helping families thrive.”

What is a chiropractor?
A chiropractor is a specialized doctor trained to detect and correct problems in and around the spine that impact the function of the nervous system.
What do chiropractors do?
Chiropractors help people address acute symptoms and enhance their overall wellbeing without the use of medication or surgery.
Chiropractic, which translates to “done by hand,” is a natural form of health care that treats the structures in and around the spine. Your spine protects and encases your nervous system. If misalignments occur in the spine, they can aggravate nerves causing pain, limiting mobility, and resulting in other symptoms. Even when obvious symptoms aren’t present, these misalignments can subtly impact your quality of life, keeping you from being your best self.
At Worcester Family Chiropractic, we use chiropractic adjustments to restore normal joint motion, improve the functioning of the nervous system, and positively affect the health of the body. Adjustments are manual manipulations of the spine which are done either by hand or with small, specialized instruments. There are a variety of safe, effective adjusting techniques, each tailored to certain issues, patient preference and condition. Our practice is committed to offering individualized, dynamic, and evidence-based care to each of our clients. We always aim to ensure that you are well-informed and comfortable with your treatment plan.
